The anti backflow device is a synthetic rubber+stainless steel structure, in the form of fluid driven check, with an embedded socket or flange connection. The entire anti backflow device should have a reinforced layer covering the entire body, check sleeve, and valve nozzle, and be solidified and vulcanized into an integral structure. It is not acceptable to use a separate body or synthetic rubber pipeline as the casing of the anti backflow device, and it is not allowed to use mechanical metal hinges or fasteners to fix the check sleeve or valve nozzle to the equipment casing. The flow channel area should be in a gradually reduced contour form, allowing fluid to flow in one direction and preventing backflow. During installation, the overall installation should be able to fit into the pipeline without exposing the end face of the structure or pipeline.
The anti backflow device is made of an integrated structure, and there are no mechanical components that may intercept garbage, corrode, or fail to function. The result is inevitably to save installation and maintenance time and operating costs. When in a closed position, the downstream of the anti backflow device should be in full contact with the pipeline in the entire circumferential direction. The anti backflow device is installed with stainless steel expansion clamps. When installing horizontally, the clamp that fixes the anti backflow device is installed on the inner side of the interface part of the anti backflow device and uses a threaded buckle to expand it outward. Each clamp should be pre drilled with fixing holes according to the manufacturer's installation instructions for the pin connection and fixation of the anti backflow device.
Built in anti backflow device - advantages
1. The extremely low head loss is particularly important for low-lying areas with limited driving head.
2. It can be emptied at a very low driving head and is particularly sensitive to opening.
3. Odor control: A lightweight anti backflow device prevents unpleasant odor leaks in the sewage system, while still allowing for smooth discharge of sewage when needed. This anti backflow device is used to prevent harmful gases such as methane and hydrogen sulfide from leaking into the surface of the water pipeline. These gases usually cause complaints from the general public about odors and pollute the environment.
4. Anti backflow devices have become a common solution in commercial and residential areas that require independent anti backflow protection measures. They are maintenance free, operate automatically, and can provide decades of trouble-free service life, even when the anti backflow device is partially buried.
5. The anti backflow device is installed in the interception pipe and collection well, and is an ideal product to prevent water from flowing back to the sewage treatment plant. Its medium-sized design allows for easy installation in intercepting pipes, collecting wells, and valve wells without the need to change the structure of these structures.
6. The anti backflow device is an ideal choice for municipal departments and commercial facility owners for flood control and daily drainage, as it adopts a special synthetic rubber structure in the connection between the equipment body and the check sleeve, and there are no mechanical parts that are easily entangled or corroded, so it is maintenance free.
